I have worked as an artist and designer for the Walt Disney Company and Disney-ABC Television Network. Also, I was an associate producer, designer, and art director at movie advertising boutiques with multi-award-winning teams, as well as other marketing agencies as a creative, having at least eight years of industry experience across several industries, making me well-rounded in understanding their relevant demographics.

I work efficiently and calm-minded in fast-paced and high-stress environments—production, digital, and social. Open-minded to constructive criticism, I will execute every directive and reiteration necessary to make sure the final output looks good, resulting in a successful project, big or small.

My diverse portfolio comes from my work history, the lengthy list of interests and hobbies, in addition to the desire to be challenged. When it comes to learning, I'm not afraid of change and will adapt where necessary.

I am currently working remotely and on a project-basis as an Art Director for a digital development team located on the east coast in Washington D.C.

Be honest. Be kind.
Be honorable. Work hard.
And always be awesome.

I started drawing since first grade due to my love of marine life after visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium for the first time when I was about five years old. From then on, I knew I wanted to be a Marine Biologist or an artist—possibly both.

Video games, comics, and positive events from my childhood influence my art as subjects intend to fall into the scheme of what makes people smile and laugh.

On my free time, I'm searching for random hole-in-the-wall cafes, watching fights or hockey games, playing video games, collecting art books and action figures, and eating a lot—I mean a lot—of avocados, and putting unnecessary production into my IG Story videos.

Please note that I am currently employed in a remote position, so my location and schedule is flexible; therefore I am available for relocation, travel, off-site, and off-site work—for either a part-time, full-time or per-project basis.

Why "Brave the Fog"?

I am completely self-taught.

I did not have the privilege of college. The only college classes I’ve taken right out of high school were Spanish and Physics, not a single art class. Since then, the world was my foggy playground. I knew what I wanted, but the path wasn't always clear.

All I believed was that creating anything—story, art, props, whatever it is that is mentally conceptualized and made into something visual, audible, or tangible—is stemmed from my passion and persistence, which is something that one can't learn from textbooks.

Through constant uncertainty, it takes a particular type of individual to be self-made—perseverance and consistency are without a doubt imperative. Despite the times, I have said I wanted to give up on my career, I never did.

Instead, I braved the fog, knowing that I would be alright as long as quitting was a permanently omitted option.
