About Kim

Tatto.jpg

I have worked as an artist and designer for the Walt Disney Company and Disney-ABC Television Network.

I started drawing since first grade due to my love of marine life after visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium for the first time when I was about five years old. From then on, I knew I wanted to be a Marine Biologist or an artist—possibly both.

Video games, comics, and positive events from my childhood influence my art as subjects intend to fall into the scheme of what makes people laugh, or perhaps trigger nostalgia.

On my free time, I'm playing piano, searching for random hole-in-the-wall cafes, watching fights or hockey games, playing video games, collecting art and photography books, playing around with Google Sketchup, programming visual novels, and eating a lot—I mean a lot—of avocados... and ice cream... and pizza.
